Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your trust in Gulf products.
According to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the return or exchange policy for skin-contact products (such as underwear) is one day only, provided the return/exchange option is clearly stated.
In all cases, the product must be in its original condition (the packaging must never have been opened) to be accepted for return/exchange.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, our delivery driver will collect the item from you. A return handling fee of KD 1.750 will apply.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- All underwear (boxers, briefs, etc.) — non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to Ministry of Health regulations
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
